Sustainably brewed in the heart of Yorkshire in a classic continental style, our Lager is deliciously clean and crisp much like the waters our spa town was built upon.

Using malt and barley grown on-site at the brewery, alongside some of Europe’s finest ale hops produces a refreshingly clean craft lager.

Lightly carbonated with gently filtered Yorkshire water adds a soft mouth-feel to a delicately balanced, hand-crafted alternative to the mainstream.

Using the malt grown on-site at the brewery, we add Yorkshire Cobble Loaves from Betty’s of Harrogate to the mash giving this Pilsner a premium Yorkshire base. This is then infused with Bavarian noble hops and gently filtered Yorkshire water to create a Pilsner with a deep richness, strong notes of bread and caramel and a full-bodied, yet soft mouthfeel.

This craft Pilsner is inspired by Bavaria with a uniquely British twist.
